Analysis and Insights
AI analysis of your discussion will commence as soon as the facilitator clicks Begin discussion. For transparency, all facilitators and participants have a notice on the session screen informing them that they are being recorded for this purpose.
AI Facilitator states
Once you have clicked Begin discussion there are a few different states that the AI facilitator will show.
Listening
When your AI facilitator is listening, the conversation is being actively analysed and insights will be produced in 60-90 second intervals to help guide your discussion.
Paused
As a session facilitator, you can pause AI analysis at any time. Use this when you need to take a quick break or if you not like parts of your conversation to be analysed.
Insights
Insights will pop up on your session facilitator's side panel, this will contain two elements:
A question
The question is the part of the insight which should be shared with the group to help guide the discussion. On the facilitator view, the question will be prefixed with "Maybe you could ask:", but when shared with participants it will read "Maybe we should consider:".
Context
You can also view the context of the insight, which explains the rationale for the question - this will not be shared with participants.
Insight Options
Once an insight has come through on the facilitator panel, you have two options:
- Like - this tells your AI facilitator that it was a good insight and keeps it on the facilitator panel. This will prompt your AI facilitator to provide more insights like it for the remainder of the session.
- Dismiss - if you do not want to use the insight you can click dismiss to remove it from your panel.
Share
If you click like on an insight, you will then have the option to share the insight. Sharing the insight will show the incisive question to your participants (video call mode only). If you change your mind, you can unshare the insight afterwards.
